Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto. She has over six years of experience leading research and knowledge translation projects in the public and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she worked as a Data Analyst for the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services in Ontario, Canada, where she provided analytics and research for a range of programs including those supporting Indigenous Peoples, children with Autism, and survivors of gender-based violence. Previous to this, Rachel worked as a Research Officer for Prosper Canada, a non-profit that develops and scales social innovations to reduce poverty. In this role, she led knowledge translation and exchange activities to share insights on approaches to enhancing financial inclusion.
At LINQ, Rachel uses her experience in data analytics to coordinate the financial management efforts in a multi-project grant related to COVID-19. She guides and supports the different project teams in diverse issues related to financial planning, monitoring, and reporting. She also provides assistance related to developing and implementing structures for streamlining financial management activities on overall grant level building on experience from other projects in the LINQ portfolio.
